SILICONE SEALANT
Classification: Acidic (with pungent odor, corroding metal/stone), Neutral (non corrosive, environmentally friendly).
Features: Strong weather resistance (stable at -50 ℃~150 ℃), good elasticity, suitable for long-term exposure to air/slightly humid environments in crevices.
Applicable: gaps between doors and windows and walls, glass and frame sealing, gaps between ceiling corners and walls.
Polyurethane Sealant
Characteristics: The adhesive strength is higher than that of silicone glue, with moderate elasticity, but slightly poor weather resistance (prone to aging under long-term direct sunlight).
Applicable: Indoor non exposed areas (such as gaps between furniture and walls, joints between wooden floors and baseboards).
Anti mold sealant
Features: Added anti mold agent, can inhibit mold growth (0 level anti mold standard is optimal), strong water resistance.
Applicable: Wet environment (bathroom tile joints, kitchen countertop and wall joints, bathroom glass and tile joints).
Acrylic sealant
Features: Quick gauge drying (2-4 hours gauge drying).
Applicable: Temporary sealing in dry environments (such as wall latex paint repair joints, gypsum line splicing joints).
Polyether terminated silicone sealant
Features: Also known as MS adhesive or modified silicone adhesive, it has ultra-low volatility and can be added with anti mold agents. It offers a variety of professional adhesives for home decoration, such as mirror adhesive and bathroom anti mold adhesive. It also has the ability to be coated and can be used as a sealing adhesive for home decoration background walls and art walls.
