OPERATION REQUIREMENT:
Construction in winter or low temperature areas.The tube should be soaked in 50℃ hot water for 15minutes to soften the colloid;if the construction process is interrupted for more than 20 minutes the mlxing tube needs to be replaced;gloss tlles can be directly glued,and matte tiles such as antique tiles and ceramic walltiles before gluing,wax should be applied along both sides of the seam to facilitate later cleaning.
INSTRUCTION:
1.Before construction,the gap and surrounding areas should be kept dry and should not be exposed to moisture.
2.A special double-tube glue gun must be used for construction.Unscrew the cap of the caulklng agent bottle and put it into the glue gun.Apply the agent until componentsAand B are dischar-ged at the same time.To ensure that the agent components are mixed evenly,itis recommended to discard the first 30cm rubber material extruded.
3.After injecting the agent,use a special tool(metal ball or scraper)to scrape from one end of the seam to the other end,and evenly smooth the seam.
4.Clean up the excess caulking agent on both sides of thejoint in a
timely manner.Under the conditions of 20-35℃,usually 12 hours after the application,the remaining material on the surface of the ceramic tile can becleaned up.
5.After construction,It must be cured for 24 hours at a temperature of 20 to 35℃ before it can be put into use;complete curing takes 72 hours;if the temperature lslower than 20°℃,the curing time needs to be extended.
Precautions:
1.Due to different color transmittance levels of the base material and other reasons,the actual post-construction color may be slightly different from the color card,which is normal.When used for the first construction,a smal area test can be carried out on the base material to confrm the color;
2.This product is not a hazardous chemical,but contact with eyes should be avolded before curing.If it comes in contact with eyes,please rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.Keep uncured products out of reach of children.
