Product Introduction
Sachem acrylic sealant is a one-component curing neutral sealant that uses high-molecular water-based polymer emulsion, can be painted, and is anti-pollution. This product does not contain solvents, does not pollute the environment, and has good adhesion on tiles, wood and other baseboards.
FEATURE:
1.Environmental friendly products: no solvents, ultra-low VOC, non-toxic, no irritation or unpleasant odor, no pollution;
2.Surface paintability: Compatible with most industrial paints, it can be spray-painted after the surface is dry, which does not affect the curing speed;
3.Easy to use: excellent thixotropy and extrudability, wide applicable temperature range.
4.Good adhesion: excellent bonding performance to porous materials such as ceramic tiles and wood; no pollution to porous materials.
5.Excellent environmental protection and resistance to yellowing,
6.The sealant can maintain good viscosity under 4-40℃environmental conditions and is easy to extrude and use;
Main Purpose:
1.Can to be used for indoor and outdoor decoration and beautification edge sealing, indoor skirting board bonding and sealing;
2.Trimming and sealing around wardrobes, door frames, etc.;
3.Good adhesion to porous material surfaces;
LIMITATIONS
1.Cannot be used as structural adhesive.
2.Cannot be used for caulking sealing;
3.Not suitable for use in confined spaces or surfaces in direct contact with food or drinking water;
4.It is not suitable for construction when the surface temperature of the material is lower than 4℃ or more than 40℃;

Shelf-life and Storage:
